As the Head of IT Operations at Delt Services, I lead the delivery of IT infrastructure, Cyber Security and operations for a shared service provider that supports the public sector and helps people do amazing things. I have over 6 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations for public sector organisations, alongside 8 years experience in technology portfolio, programme and project delivery.My core competencies include IT operations management, infrastructure services, information technology infrastructure, cyber security, cloud technologies, project and programme delivery, portfolio management, stakeholder communication, strategic thinking, and team leadership. I have delivered a wide range of initiatives at both the strategic level and operational continuous service improvement.
