His experience includes leadership roles in Business Development, PMCM Group leadership, Growth Leadership, Area Management, as well as delivering projects in collaboration with large project teams during multiple assignments as the Senior Project Manager, and Senior Construction Manager during his career. David’s primary background is in delivering heavy infrastructure construction projects for major clients, largely focused on complex transportation, water, and wastewater projects. He is a seasoned Program Manager, Senior Construction Manager, and Senior Project Manager, with diverse project delivery experience that includes Third Party, At-Risk, Design-Build / CMGC alternative delivery, and as the Owner\'s Agent. By performing growth leadership, business development, cost management, risk management, schedule management, claims management, developing and implementing both internal and external QA/QC programs, as well as having a Safety-First mentality during both the design and construction phases of complex large scale infrastructure projects, David has earned a reputation of high competency in the industry, and for exceeding industry standards.David’s capacity to connect with clients, and his ability to achieve business development goals while delivering high-level client satisfaction.
