   Leaders in my organization are responsible for the P&L for Amazon Credit (Amazon.com/credit), Installment Lending, Shop with Points (Amazon.com/ShopWithPoints), Amazon Currency Converter (Amazon.com/currency-converter) and Amazon\'s machine learning advertising engine. These global businesses serve consumers, 3rd party sellers and small business customers in 85 different countries across 12 Amazon marketplaces. My product, engineering and data science teams are responsible for inventing new payment features that enhance our portfolio of payment products. By focusing on our customers, we have been able to drive adoption and growth of our products that is 2x the overall rate of growth of Amazon. During my tenure with Amazon Payments, my teams negotiated and launched 6 new credit programs including the Prime Store Card with 5% rewards, launched equal pay installments across 5 geographies and launched 4 international Shop with Points programs. My teams also enabled financing features through Pay with Amazon and expanded the Amazon Currency Converter to include 50 new currencies including enabling Renminbi disbursements to China based sellers. We continually search for peculiar talent with a strong customer obsession disorder and a desire to work in a rapidly evolving payments space.
