My role with Grand Canyon Education (GCE), in support of Grand Canyon University, is more of a life counselor as I support new and existing students from the college decision all the way through to graduation.• Manage prospective student lead database.• Proactively contact potential students (via phone and email) to build relationship, provide career counseling, educate on college programs and enroll into the university.• Support existing students with academic and financial needs.• Provide management reporting on outcomes and expectations.• Identify process and technical opportunities for improvement.• Act as “go to” resource for assigned team of 3 – 4 University Counselors.• Assist New University Counselor in on-boarding and team support.
