I am a partner in EY\'s International Tax and Transaction Services team and have many years of experience advising large multinational companies on their tax affairs. Through asking better questions, I help companies think strategically about tax and ensure they understand the tax risks they face as they solve business problems and embrace growth opportunities. I advise on supply chain and intellectual property structures, group reorganisations and simplifications, cross border acquisitions, disposals and demergers, inbound and outbound financing transactions and cash repatriation strategies. I also lead EY\'s overall tax relationship with a number of FTSE 100 and 250 groups.
