   Schedules in-person and virtually led training classes. This includes room reservations, setting up virtual meetings, sending meeting requests, ordering catering, and adding classes in LMS. Communicates between participants, instructors, site contacts and, if needed, vendors to ensure all learning sessions are setup as required. Crafts logistics proposal for new learning programs while ensuring adherence to set standards and guidelines. Oversees course enrollment and scheduling. Determines when offerings should be canceled or rescheduled and manage cancelation fee collection program to include GL processing. Manages training facilities to include site set-up, break-down and inspections throughout the footprint. Create sand updates LMS course data and resolves LMS learner issues.
