January 2017 – Contracts ManagerResponsible for all current contractors currently working for the company. The first point of call for sub-contractors and for any issues arising from clients. Monitoring all incoming timesheets, arranging of purchase orders and working alongside the Finance / Payroll department – checking of approved timesheets and payments to contractors as well invoicing clients. Vetting candidates, interviewing, rights to work, reference checking, DBS Police Checks, passport checking, visas, works permits, IR35 compliant for and on behalf of clients and for the company. Responsible for PSL tenders, Vendor Management Services, SLA’s, including management and delivery of the recruitment process and service, management and recruiting to meet the needs of the client. Social Media platform established to market / advertise companies’ brand and reach.
