David A White CPA,CA MBA ICD.D Mr. White is a board director and CEO with over 30 years experience in various industries including healthcare, transportation, business services, packaging and agriculture. He is a director and Chair of the Audit Committee, of a Toronto Stock Exchange materials handling equipment manufacturer, director of an SEC Nasdaq listed farm equipment manufacture, director and Chair of the Audit Committee of a Toronto based Bio Technology company and director of a Patient Logistics Transportation company. David has executed buy and build strategies. As President of Laidlaw’s Ambulance division he built the company from $35 million to $650 million in revenue operating in 26 states with over employees. And as President of Student Transport the company grew form $90 million in revenues to $170 million. He has been involved in turnaround situations taking firms who had negative earnings at the operating line and bringing them to profitability within months. His public offering experience was first, as a senior finance executive at Lawson Mardon Group on $250 million IPO listing simultaneously in London, New York and Toronto, second as an executive of a legal services company which filed a registration statement with the SEC and third as a director on the board of both Student Transportation and at Ag Growth International Inc. He started his career as a financial executive with Coopers & Lybrand, then John Labatt Limited, Lawson Mardon (a global printing and packaging business) and Laidlaw Inc. David lives in Asheville, NC, and is a dual citizen (USA/Canada) with work experience on both sides of the border. He has an MBA from the University of Toronto and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and Certified Board Director through the Institute of Corporate Directors in Canada.
