Senior at Muskingum University majoring in Economics, Accounting, and Business ManagementThroughout my time as a collegiate athlete I have learned to manage a demanding schedule consisting of classes, practices, meetings, lifts, as well as active membership in various clubs including Model UN, Investment Club, and MACE Club.These past three summers I have worked as a camp counselor at Camp Deer Creek. I chose this job because it gave me an opportunity to provide kids a meaningful and fun summer experience that I was afforded the opportunity to have whenever I was their age. My responsibilities included supervising my campers, making all feel included and acknowledged, in addition to upholding the 4 rules of Camp Deer Creek which include 4. Always wear shoes; 3. Don’t throw rocks; 2. No bullying; 1. Have fun. For my efforts I was graciously awarded 2024 Counselor of the Year. Consistent with all of my extracurriculars and work experience is the ability to collaborate and get along with people with diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and abilities.
