In this role with FHI 360 I provide technical leadership, support, and assistance in assessing health system performance and designing and implementing HSS components for country programs and support on applying systems thinking for integrated approaches to development. I’ve provided technical assistance to projects across 11 countries, helped design within project learning and adaptive management of USAID’s first large projects designed around collaboration, learning and adaptation (CLA), developed guidance and tools for sustainability planning and health system diagnostics, played a leadership role in the design of 18 large proposals resulting in over $200 million of funding, and designed and applied innovated solutions such as using human centered design to support policy implementation and multi-stakeholder engagement to drive solutions to persistent system challenges.
