About David Wells
Twenty-five years in commerical office construction and development. Started Wells Springs in 2004 as a full service project management and owner representation firm specializing in commercial development. We promote and protect our client’s interests throughout the whole real estate development process. From the initial site selection and due-diligence all the way through to project completion, occupancy and warranty work, we manage the process and minimize real estate development risk. In the past five years we have managed over $125MM of new commercial real estate projects made up of new Class “A” office, for sale multi-family, build-to-suits, building renovations and major capital improvement projects.
