   Rewst is a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) low-code automation platform that integrates with many tools to enable customers to automate expensive and manual processes(Technologies used: postgres, cloudformation, cdk, python, javascript, rabbitmq, kubernetes, s3)Worked on a team responsible for ensuring all customer workflows run smoothlyAchievements- Provided leadership to level up our on-call processes: adding runbooks, embedding runbooks into alerts, and teaching others to do the same- Improved our monitoring and alerting posture so that the team was notified of issues with the system before customers were- Scaled up our internal observability and logging tool, signoz, so that it could withstand higher amounts of load in a fault tolerant manner- Enabled our org to move from using a kafka-based queuing system to rabbitmq- Using cdk, I moved production DB clusters over to encrypted aurora clusters- Coached devs on better programming practices (adding unit tests, documenting how we should test things in a production environment) through code reviews- Modeled using “one pager design docs” as a method to get buy in from the team before jumping into writing code.
