I listen first. Then I ask, then I work with the client to put together a sensible and effective plan. I work for debtors, trustees and creditors in bankruptcy and creditor-debtor relations. I will always look for a negotiated exit, but I stand ready to litigate if my client is not presented a reasonable solution. Specialties: Economically distressed negotiations; bankruptcy litigation, including appeals. I am also been an active football referee in southern California for colleges and high schools. I have worked playoffs, CIF finals and community college playoffs and bowl games.
