ABOUT DAVID WEBB

Not everyone finds a career that they enjoy but having started my first job training as a development engineer in one of Clarks West-country factories in the UK, to now working as a senior designer in the middle of Manhattan New York, I have had a career that I has become my passion and has bought me so many life experiences and friends along the way. I have designed footwear for men’s women’s and children encompassing dress, casual and lifestyle products working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as hand sketching and 3D modeling with Rhino.I have lead teams that have included designers, material specialists and trend analysts, overseeing the creation of seasonal stories, color and materials whilst working closely with product, merchandising, development, sourcing and marketing.My shoe-making background has helped me envision new innovations, constructions and product types, ethical choices and new concepts and commercial products that have great sell through figures and reflect brand core values.
