ABOUT DAVID WEBB

Dynamic, customer focused, target driven and highly experienced project / programme / change professional with strong leadership, analytical and management skills with over 20 year’s financial services, bulk purchase annuities and pension management experience. The majority of this time I’ve specialised in the delivery of technical programmes usually focused on those at risk, in jeopardy or with high profile clients. These have been predominately in regulatory or client change environments. I have an excellent understanding of the challenges faced during delivery of complex programmes. I’m focused on successful collaborative team work, coordination and control of internal and external suppliers whilst forging and maintaining excellent client relationships to achieve successful delivery. I have a highly motivated, hands-on approach to my work either using Waterfall or Agile IT project lifecycle delivery methodology; I very much take ownership, working collaboratively across the teams to resolve issues, clear detailed planning and drive progress for successful outcomes.A track record leading the successful delivery of a number of key programmes including organisational change & redesign, legislative change, extension and broadening of IT pensions systems and the migration of client outsourcing arrangements. Significant strength in stakeholder management possessing excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate concisely, collaborate and influence at all levels from Executive to Staff with experience in matrix structures and multi-location delivery teams both onshore and offshore.
