As a trainer, facilitator, coach, and mentor, my expertise lies in driving customer-focused results through behaviour change.One of my key skills is consulting with managers and their teams to facilitate change and embed learning, with the goal of achieving measurable outcomes based on evidence-based principles and practices. By utilising my skills, I have helped achieve the transformation that is required to meet organisational objectives.Delivering class-based sessions to groups of 10-30 individuals, where I embed knowledge and lead by example. I also effectively debrief leadership teams on implemented changes and assess their impact on performance.
