I joined eg technology in 2008 and was appointed as a Director of the company in 2019. As a director, I have an overall responsibility for bringing in new business to eg technology and I work with the senior management team to constantly evaluate how the business operates to ensure that the company’s strategies support the future growth of eg.My role is to provide overall monitoring, reporting, delivery and future strategy of all projects. I am a senior point of contact for clients and the technical lead for projects using my experience to solve specific issues and to set the overall technical direction. I am often called upon to use my expertise to provide insight into various regulatory aspects of medical devices whether that’s designing for compliance, the application of harmonised standards, design specifications, risk management or testing.Prior to joining eg, I enjoyed a varied career with a succession of technology companies in the medical device and biotech sector.
