I’m an experienced senior HR professional and employment law practitioner with a strong track record in employee relations, casework management, coaching, HR data, and stakeholder engagement. I bring a calm, pragmatic approach to resolving complex issues and supporting leaders to make confident, people-focused decisions.My career spans Defence, healthcare, logistics, retail, and financial services. I’ve led on a wide range of HR projects including TUPE, redundancy, organisational change, and contractual consultation. I’m an accredited mediator, known for my ability to de-escalate conflict and deliver fair, commercially sound outcomes.As a former Royal Air Force officer, I’m experienced in leading teams and operating under pressure; skills I now apply in corporate settings where trust, clarity, and pace are key. I’ve built strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including in environments where HR was previously seen as a blocker. Through partnership, challenge, and credibility, I’ve helped rebuild confidence in HR and create high-performing, solutions-focused collaborations.I’m particularly strong in a crisis and in navigating sensitive or complex people issues. I provide high-quality, practical advice in a calm and reassuring way; something my stakeholders consistently value.
