I am an Associate Director in the Columbus Cloud Innovation Center serving as a client lead and architect. I focus on helping our delivery teams deliver value to our clients. I have a diverse technical background with a variety of languages, technologies, and platforms. I have managed large-scale delivery including 10+ scrum teams working globally to deliver custom-built software.I am passionate about technology and getting the most out of my teams. I aim to be a servant leader to my teams helping them with anything from a technical coding problem to an organizational blocker. I enjoy working with and helping others overcome challenges. I have spent a great part of my career working in financial services and have great experience in banking and capital markets.I\'m a father, fitness enthusiast, trying to be an average golfer and kids sports uber driver at times.
