I’m a Strategic Workforce Planning and Operations Project Manager with over 30 years of leadership experience in high-stakes, dynamic environments. My career has been defined by my ability to optimize operations, allocate resources effectively, and build high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional results. I specialize in workforce optimization, compliance, operational readiness, and risk mitigation strategies, always striving to enhance productivity and organizational performance.In my role as a Senior Workforce Advisor, I led workforce planning for a 617-member team, balancing the needs of both full-time and part-time staff to meet organizational goals. By redesigning schedules and reallocating resources, I boosted productivity by 25% while improving compliance and reducing risks. I also managed a $2M annual budget, making strategic, risk-based decisions that improved operational readiness by 15%.Labor management, talent acquisition, and professional development are core to my leadership philosophy. Running and weightlifting are my favorite ways to stay active and clear my mind, and I enjoy taking on home improvement projects that challenge my creativity and problem-solving skills.
