About David Volpi

Over forty years HR Payroll experience. Started straight out of University of Dayton working with ADP in the late 70’s. Transitioned over to Employee Leasing, the early days of what is now called Professional Employer Organization. As President of Staff Management, I orchestrated the first acquisition of a PEO with ADP and returned to ADP as the first Divisional President of ADP TotalSource.Subsequently, I return to Tampa and started Advantec from the ground level, with the help of some incredible individuals. Ultimately, I boot strap my own HR Payroll company, what is now called Payroll Data Processing. A leader in providing HR Payroll Solution to Independent Agents that now compete against the major payroll providers in placing worker compensation.
