In my current role I focus on minimizing variability in Manufacturing by ensuring work instructions and tools are optimized. I rely on my leadership, Six Sigma, and engineering training and my experience leading cross-functional teams during all phases of new product introduction from pre-sale technical review, proposal negotiating customer funded and company funded development costs, development and scale-up, to product launch.In my time as a Project Leader my strong inter-personal, presentation, and organization skills kept my teams (teams I lead as well as teams I was a member of) working together and working for me although they did not report directly to me as we worked toward schedule and budget goals and managed the triple constraint (budget, schedule, quality) that is common to all projects.
