Managed a team of up to 8 direct reports and staff of 30 plus.• Centralized transactional expense accounting and balance sheet responsibilities for 38 business units to newly formed Shared Service Center. Reducing headcount, improving processes, reporting and time of closing. • Manage a $250m segment with 21 business units, 5 departments, integrating into one ERP, setting up internal controls, improving closing, reporting, and processes, restructuring and training team• Set up accounting, statutory audits, systems and ensure compliance for complex Financial and Construction contract for €500 million construction with €375m financing of Energy from Waste plant in Ireland• Successfully built a business plan to relocate and purchase new fabrication shop which will save the company $2 million-plus per year• Researched and negotiated $6 million raw material contract to stabilize future costs• Managed several business areas in doing so initiate change management to build strong relationships with the operation, tax, treasury, legal, and business owners to improve processes, reporting, lines of communications and savings to the Company
