ABOUT DAVID VEERMAN
Passionate about real estate, finance, sports, ESG, and meeting new people. Currently working as a Senior Analyst on the Investment team at a private commercial mortgage lender. My experience at a private commercial mortgage lender has provided me with a unique perspective on structuring and presenting complex mortgages. I have been able to learn from a well experienced and diverse team with hopes to continuously grow my career in the real estate industry. Furthermore, during my time at ACM I have strengthen my technical skills regarding real estate valuation and credit analysis. I Grew up playing hockey and had the pleasure of being an assistant as well captain for a few teams throughout my adolescence. While hockey is the sport I am most passionate about, I also love most others as I am very competitive in nature and enjoy staying active! I previously completed my first every triathlon (sprint distance) and aim to complete the Olympic distance next summer.
