ABOUT DAVID VANSELOW
Curious, focused and empathic - these adjectives describe myself and the way I like to work best. On my motorcycle trip I was curious as I have never been in South, Central or North America but I wanted to get to know the different cultures. I am determined as I never loose sight of what I want to achieve - for example during the long term project at MAN SE or starting to learn the language arabic. Empathy refers to my desire to work with people. No matter if I socially engaged in school, did mentoring at university or getting to know new people on my year abroad, it was always about people and that is where I see as one of my biggest strengths - in the communication between people and in being open minded towards new challenges.Currently I am working as a DevOps engineer at BMW responsible for a network planning tool for electrical engines and battery cell components. My work consists of clarifying requirements for the tool and evaluation of feasibility. Moreover Technical lifecycle management topics as well as cloud related topics belong to my daily routine. In addition monitoring of data and SAP integration of the tool is also part of my work.Certificates: DELMIA Quintiq Industry Process Consultant; Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner, First-aider
