About David Uram
As Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of PIRHL, I am responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the company and ensuring its profitability in a manner consistent with our culture and core values.Prior to launching PIRHL, I served as a Project Manager for the NRP group, a national developer-builder of multifamily housing, where I managed tax credit and bond financed projects in both Ohio and Texas. My earlier experience includes working in Cleveland\'s community and economic development industries first as a consultant for Cleveland Tomorrow and later as a real estate project manager with University Circle Incorporated, a development and service advocacy organization responsible for the growth of University Circle, Cleveland’s premier district for education, arts, and culture. I also served as the Project Director for Israel Policy Forum, a Washington, D.C. based non-profit focused on building support within Congress and across the Middle East for a security-based solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict. I built multi-organizational coalitions in support of legislation, lobbied Congress, wrote legislative briefs and coordinated missions to Israel, Jordan, Syria and Gaza to mobilize political support.I graduated from The American University, Washington, D.C, earning a B.A. from the School of Public Affairs and a minor from the School of International Service in Middle East Studies. I also earned an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve\'s Weatherhead School of Management.
