Technical Director of the Environmental Policy & Economics Practice at the Air Quality Consultants, Noise Consultants and Logika Consultants group of companies (Logika Group). I specialise in advising on the economic effects of environmental policy, socio-economic analysis (SEA), cost benefit analysis, economic and regulatory impact assessment, policy evaluation as well as environmental and human health impact valuation. I have particular expertise in chemicals policy (REACH, BPR, the Stockholm Convention on POPs, for example), air quality, industrial emissions, waste, circular economy and transport.
