BARCOA Agaveria is a hidden gem of an agave bar in Downtown Phoenix. Come discover the best tequila, mezcal, bacanora, sotol, raicilla, and other heritage agave spirits. We also feature a 100% Mexican wine list, rotating lineup of taco trucks, and a neighboring Latinx and Indigenous art gallery and working artist\'s studio. My job there is to make sure everyone has their drink on a napkin to protect the wood, manage the playlist, and make sure the lighting is right.
