I have over 30 years experience in Personal Injury acting for clients who have been involved in road traffic accidents, accidents at work or in public places. I have managed teams of lawyers since the early and worked closely with trade unions and legal expense insurers to ensure their members and customers recover what they are entitled to. Legal services in the 21st century moves at a fast pace with changes that we as lawyers must adapt to and also challenge to ensure people in this country do not lose their access to justice. This more than ever in the course of my career is the biggest challenge facing the PI market.
