   Leading various development initiatives on behalf of Lalani Ventures, a relatively small family office based in Atlanta. Projects include- The repositioning/conversion strategy for 34 Peachtree, a 30-story, 1960 vintage office to residential conversion in downtown Atlanta- Various improvement initiatives at Underground Atlanta ranging from ground-up development, branding/placemaking, tenant relations, including pre-development of a ground up mixed-income residential tower- Start to finish development planning for both a 20-unit townhome and a 23-unit single family home development through Land Disturbance Permits and into construction inclusive of site/civil design, architecture, permitting, and contracting- Planning, zoning, design, and LDP on multiple gas station/c-stores- Lead successful Entitlement/Rezoning/Neighborhood enagement work on multifamily and c-store sites for ownership- Lead the negotiating/structuring of JV agreements between ownership and various joint venture partners.
