As the Director of Human Resources, my overall responsibility assist the Assistant Superintendent of HR in the administration and supervision of the Human Resources Department. My primary responsibility is with classified personnel. As the director, I implement the classified personnel program by recruiting, assigning, transferring and discharging personnel as needed. I will always be visible at school sites, jobs sites, and assist our labor partners to develop a world class work force. As Director I also attend School Board meetings, serve on district negotiating teams and am readily available to assist and/or answer questions of any kind.
