I am a highly motivated and ambitious Retail Management professional with over 10 years of in-store and multi-unit experience. I earned my Bachelor Degree from Clark Atlanta University and my MBA from California State University East Bay. My expertise includes multi-unit operations, customer service, talent management, P&L management, fleet renewal, conflict resolution, visual merchandising, host relations, drive for results, talent development and expense reporting to name a few. I have worked for multiple big box retailers as well as in smaller retail environments with additional experience in corporate retail. I have led many teams and departments of different sizes and skill sets.SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS Redeveloping the Fleet Renewal process for LensCrafters in partnership with one colleague which led to a more efficient process which streamlined operations and led to the creation of a new department, thus creating new jobs and increasing the number of stores in the fleet and leading to millions of dollars in cost reduction. Earned Diamond Level status among General Managers within LensCrafters.
