   First AE to support largest Silicon Valley Company on bringing up their first prototype on HAPS in 2008. Started by prototyping a single board design to currently prototyping with 18+ HAPs boards. • Worked on a wide range of customer issues from RTL to isolating hw functional issues. • Partitioned large customer Asic designs using ProtoCompiler, Inserted debug visibility and brought up the design the HAPS hardware. • Assisted customers with back end issues in Vivado. Resolved issues such as bad setup/hold time violations, routing and congestion issues, black boxes, etc. • Provided numerous work arounds to customers who were setback due to tool, timing or hardware related issues. • Tracked numerous technical issues from customers to ensure customer issues were maintained and tracked with each release or delivered patches in a timely manner. • Worked extensively with RnD guiding future product development based on input from our customers. • Gave internal trainings to FAE on synthesis issues and PAR issues. Primary contact for other ACs with synthesis and PAR related issues.
