I am an experienced auditor and audit manager, with a strong laboratory background and Operations experience. I also have significant experience managing Quality Systems - Deviations, CAPA, Change Control and leading Root Cause Analysis, plus Customer and Supplier Complaints, Documentation Generation and Control, and have been part of audit teams leading internal and supplier audits. I have experience of leading preparation for external audits (customer and notified body), and managing internal audit programs. In addition to Pharmaceutical GMP, I have a number of years experience in Medical Devices working to ISO13485:2016, ISO9001:2015 and 21CFR820. I have recruitment, coaching and mentoring experience.
