Currently recruiting for all technical/operational, management and senior leadership roles across four power stations, Torness in Dunbar, Scotland; Hinkley Point B, in Bridgwater, Somerset as well as Hartlepool, and Dungeness B, located in Romney Marsh, Kent. Sourcing and securing high-calibre candidates for nuclear-specific roles across engineering, safety, operations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with EDF’s workforce planning and project timelines.• Providing recruitment support across operational and decommissioning sites, ensuring continuity of critical skills and compliance with nuclear industry regulation for proposed staffing levels.• Ensuring Regulatory & Security Compliance: Manage recruitment processes in line with nuclear industry regulations, including security clearance requirements, vetting procedures, and right-to-work checks.• Developing Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain proactive talent pools for hard-to-fill and niche roles, using targeted sourcing strategies.• Enhancing Employer Brand: Promote EDF’s reputation as an employer of choice in the nuclear sector through engagement with and representing EDF at industry events, and professional networks including Women In Nuclear.• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and project leads to forecast workforce needs, define role requirements, and deliver timely recruitment solutions.• Championing diversity & inclusion: Drive inclusive hiring practices to attract diverse talent into EDF’s nuclear workforce, supporting the company’s commitment to equality and innovation.• Successfully reduced key recruitment KPIs — including time to hire, time to offer, and onboarding — across four nuclear power stations during a period of operational uncertainty, including defueling and decommissioning phases, by fostering strong partnerships with HR, hiring teams, and candidates
