Manage the ASRC enterprise DoD, IC and proprietary security operations and Insider Threat Program. Manage emergency operations as well as business continuity planning, and day to day facility management for ASRC Federal and its subsidiary organizations to include Security operations and awareness, FOCI compliance including CMMC Compliance for security and facility operations. I provide the security guidance necessary to safeguard the company’s employees, intellectual property, physical assets, brand and reputation from harm or loss as well as provide security leadership to the organization to help foster a security culture that is fully aligned with the overall business strategy and drives increased profitability. Oversee and coordinate security efforts across the company, including sensitive information technology, information systems, human resources, communications, CUI/FOUO information, legal, facilities management and other groups, and identify security initiatives and standards thru a comprehensive risk assessment program and collaboration efforts with others in the industry and government. Maintain strong relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government compliance agencies in both DoD and IC. In cooperation with the organization\'s executive leadership team, directs the development of an effective strategy to assess and mitigate security risks (foreign and domestic), manage crises and incidents, support continuity of operations, and safeguard the organization by overseeing and managing the ASRC Federal Business Continuity/Emergency Management Program. Directs and participates in the development of bid strategies and coordinates efforts to produce winning proposals consistent with approved strategies and applicable Government regulations: Serve as an appointed member of the NISPPAC, also the Vice Chairman for the ISWG Board of Directors. Also been selected to join the Washington Executive CSO Council.
