A naturally enthusiastic, innovative and highly competent Senior Manager with a proven record of self-motivation and high achievement, acquired throughout a progressive and varied career encompassing managerial, interpersonal, leadership and administrative expertise.The variety of my previous roles have required a proven ability to communicate at all levels, liaise with customers and stakeholders of varying demand and complexity and lead and manage teams of varying sizes. My strengths lay with my ability to prioritize, work cross-functionally and the aptitude to communicate with honesty, integrity and fairness at all levels.I am a passionate and enthusiastic team builder believing much more can be achieved with everybody understanding the part they play in any project and all pulling in the same direction. I gained a lot of valuable experience and insight as to how people behave and react in various conditions when I undertook a role as a Leadership and Management instructor and added to that knowledge through experience in varying managerial roles both within the military and commercial sectors. Getting things done right first time. I have attained qualifications as an MSP (Programme), Prince 2 (Project) Practitioner, Change Management (practitioner) and a MBA in Facilities Management. I am currently a Fellow with the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Chartered Engineer.
