As the Director of Test at TAMUS – BCDC’s BAM Range, I lead large-scale, multidisciplinary test operations advancing technologies across aerospace, defense, and hypervelocity systems. My work centers on developing and executing high-consequence test programs spanning all levels of Applied Research & Development and Qualification, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to proven capability.Previously, at the SpaceX Rocket Development Facility, I gained extensive experience in the development, qualification, and production level testing of propulsion systems, ground systems, and integrated flight hardware. That experience shaped my technical foundation and leadership approach — combining operational efficiency, engineering precision, rapid iteration, and safety-first execution in every phase of test development.My background spans fabrication, assembly, repair/maintenance, and testing of everything from small-scale components to fully integrated systems, providing a full-lifecycle perspective on hardware design, build, and performance validation.I’m passionate about operational efficiency, data acquisition, and advanced instrumentation — leveraging control systems, streamlined data pipelines, programming, and data analysis to extract maximum insight from every test. Whether leading large technical teams, developing custom tooling, optimizing test operations, or conducting tests, my goal is to enable faster, smarter, and more reliable testing that pushes the limits of engineering performance.At my core, I thrive at the intersection of innovation, precision, and execution — ensuring that bold ideas are validated by equally bold testing.
