About David Taylor
I\'ve spent 25 years at Harris Civil Engineers, LLC where I started out of college and worked my way up through learning the art and science of civil engineering. I am currently serve in Vice President and Team Principal roles and have an outstanding group of individuals under my supervision that continually make me and HCE look good. I have been taught by some of the best engineers I\'ve known including Howard Jewett, Steve Dieter and, of course, Joe Harris. I am extremely blessed to be surrounded by top quality people both above and below me. My skills include most aspects civil engineering for land development, including utilities design, driveway/roadway/parking design, storm water design, master planning assistance, etc. my skills allow me to take a project from conceptual design all the way through construction administration.
