Within my role I identify, engage and manage new relationships with public and private sector employer organisations. Securing sustainable employment opportunities for participants.Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with Employers, Employer groups, Participants, Local Authorities, DWP and other stakeholders as required.Employability Support: 121 support for participants to uncover job goals, promote job readiness and support with applications and interviews as well as reverse marketing participants into relevant organisations and opportunities. Collaboration: Working closely with prison teams to arrange employer events, job fairs, and promote training programmes that support participants’ rehabilitation and employment prospects.Work independently to meet KPIs, overcome challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes.Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements.Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage credibly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Self-Motivation: Confident working as a lone worker, consistently focused on finding solutions and achieving results.Values-Driven: Passionate about supporting others and committed to helping participants turn their lives around.
