As an L&D Business Partner, I play a pivotal role in driving corporate learning initiatives for our global Product teams. Through close collaboration with leaders, HRD, and PBP\'s, I enhance the awareness of critical capabilities required at the local level to boost performance and effectively align with our strategic goals.In addition, I help run and manage our global graduate programme, Sage IGNITE, working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to coordinate learning, and planning for each year.
