   In this role, I guide the integration and delivery of digital content onto cloud-based and on-premise customer platforms, as well as review and manage weekly updates for our applications. I collaborate with internal customers, such as Marketing, IT, Sales, and QA, to evaluate and identify opportunities. I also oversee vendor relationships from negotiation and onboarding through delivery. Achievements:• Grew our online gaming catalog from 8 titles in one jurisdiction to nearly 3K titles across 6 jurisdictions, which resulted in nearly 1300% revenue growth in two years. • Introduced all internal processes, SOPs, and KPIs to ensure consistency across operations. • Built and developed a diverse global team of 12 comprised of technical and nontechnical staff, communicating via virtual tools to maintain engagement across time zones and countries. • Partnered with vendors to analyze opportunities and generate strategies to deliver growth.
