I am a Director in CohnReznick’s Assurance Valuation Group, and I consuls on real estate valuations and real estate appraisal reviews nationally and internationally. I have supervised and performed diverse real estate valuation and consulting engagements for all major classes of real estate assets, including core real estate, hospitality and entertainment, development land, special use properties within all industries, real estate intangible assets, as well as investment positions. Real estate consulting services have been performed for numerous purposes including tax and financial reporting (fair value reporting, purchase price allocation, impairment, IFRS); acquisition and due diligence. I am proficient in valuation for financial reporting purposes, and for a variety of tax reporting purposes.
