ABOUT DAVID SUTTILL

I am a motivated and proactive Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master with 20 years’ experience of successful delivery in the UK and New Zealand. I have a track record of delivering complex projects by building effective teams through strong leadership, clear objectives, empowerment and trust. I have experience in delivery using various methodologies; Agile and Scrum, and more traditional waterfall methods, but I most enjoy tailoring a methodology to best suit the project, team or organisation and to ensure the most efficient delivery. Having worked in a number of different organisations I have developed the ability to learn and to adapt to new and unfamiliar environments quickly. I build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, which enables me to deliver projects that not only meet customer requirements but exceed their expectations. I have experience working in the Government and the Private sector in the UK and New Zealand. I have experience in the defence, financial, insurance and advertising spheres and my projects have included business, process and organisational change, software, data and IT infrastructure. This has given me a broad base of knowledge that I am able to apply to new organisations. Specialties: APMG-UK MSP PRINCE 2 Project Management Certified SCRUM Master
