I have started a number of businesses from scratch and for a 20 year period my wife and I ran 2 Bruster\'s Real Ice Cream franchises and a Nathan\'s Hot Dog franchise. This diverse experience was critical in supporting the decision to franchise Cork and Candles. We began writing our playbooks before we even opened with the focus of setting the stage to support future franchisees.
