I began my career in healthcare, working directly with patients and navigating the realities of care delivery, documentation, reimbursement, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Clinical practice grounded me in outcomes, accountability, and the importance of systems that actually work for the people using them.I then transitioned into higher education as faculty, where my focus shifted to preparing students for safe, competent, and meaningful clinical practice. I taught across the curriculum, directed and supported clinical education experiences, and worked with accreditation standards to ensure my program met expectations while remaining student centered. My work sat at the intersection of student development, site partnerships, outcomes tracking, and regulatory compliance. I saw firsthand how institutional decisions and reporting structures affect student readiness, confidence, and long term success.Today, I operate in a corporate, cross functional environment, partnering across product, client success, sales, operations, and leadership teams. My background allows me to translate between disciplines. I understand the pressures clinicians face, the regulatory and accreditation realities of higher education along with student well-being and success, and the operational demands of a rapidly growing organization. I focus on building alignment between user needs, product development, and measurable outcomes.What makes my path unique is not just the movement across sectors, but the perspective it provides. I have sat in the clinic, in the classroom, and now in executive and cross functional conversations. That vantage point allows me to bridge practice, academia, and business with credibility and precision.I am motivated by systems that scale impact without losing sight of the people they serve.

I analyze enrollment trends, graduation rates, endowments, operating margins, and capital investments to assess the long-term sustainability of colleges and universities.I create tools, reports, and data-driven insights that benchmark colleges against national, state, and historical data — uncovering hidden risks and opportunities that affect student outcomes and institutional viability.By translating technical financial data into clear, actionable guidance, I empower stakeholders to make smarter choices about where to invest their time, money, and trust when selecting a college or advising others.
