With an aim to realize desired objectives, I Direct all aspects involved in the fulfilment and assembly operations of seven distribution centers across the globe, contributing to uplifting annual revenue worth $550M. Via proper execution of set strategies and plans, I lead a talented team of 450 employees, performing across manufacturing and software engineering, fulfillment operations, procurement, quality, and Order Entry. In close interaction with shared services and sales teams, I ensure the achievement of customer delivery requirements, acquisition integration, budgetary accountabilities, and monthly revenue outlook. Some of my selected contributions are… • Met delivery and NPI requirements towards a new $90M government contract. • Saved $1.8M cost for the company through integration of two acquired warehouses into one site. • Delivered $1.4M savings for Government ID MFG scrap. • Secured $800K DL savings through the development and implementation of an integration strategy of an acquired manufacturing company. • Achieved $800K savings by employing a sourcing strategy for a newly acquired company. • Enabled and streamlines governance by advancing processes at all relevant sites as per set policies.
