Ich arbeite seit über zehn Jahren im Bereich Kommunikation, Content und Markenführung im Sport. In meiner aktuellen Rolle als Team Lead Social Media & Content bei Borussia Dortmund verantworte ich gemeinsam mit meinem Team die strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Content- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen über verschiedene Kanäle und Märkte hinweg.Zuvor war ich auch der Agenturseite tätig, habe dabei Kommunikationsstrategien entwickelt, Kampagnen umgesetzt und redaktionelle Inhalte verantwortet. Diese Kombination aus strategischer Perspektive und operativer Erfahrung prägt meine Arbeitsweise bis heute.Besonders wichtig dabei: Authentizität (na klar) und Emotionalität, vor allem aber eine motivierende Mischung aus Ambition und Spaß innerhalb der Teams, in und mit denen ich arbeiten darf.
