Our business is identifying, assessing, selecting, recruiting, and securing top talent to build and grow strong organizations that can adapt and succeed into the future. We also work with companies and exceptional executives to align their mission and vision with prospective acquisition targets that meet strategic business objectives.Our initial clients were Fortune 500 companies in the Real Estate, Home Builder, Resorts, Golf & Sport industries. Because of their large land holdings, we were asked to recruit a pool of talent that could diversify their land holdings into PUDS, golf course communities and golf resort properties. These assignments led us into the sports and hospitality marketplace, which then extended into the banking and finance industry, where we developed a specialty CFO practice, which has grown to include cybersecurity, compliance, risk management and special asset management specialties. Today our search clients include high net worth individuals, banking and financial institutions, land and residential and commercial developers, and owners, producers and manufacturers involved in the energy, cyber security, sports and leisure industries. Our unique selling proposition is we help build companies. Our currency is talent acquisition. And our point of difference is our specialty practices; deep market experience and C-suite relationships, so there is no learning curve.
