I work as a consulting actuary in a global team which helps clients optimise the value of their insurance and risk financing strategies via the use of analytics. Our role involves helping clients understand and identify their risk exposures, quantifying these exposures, and ultimately aiding clients make the most informed decision regarding the retention or transfer of these risks.A large part of my job involves working heavily with WTW\'s Captive and Insurance Management Practice, bringing actuarial modelling and its benefits to our client around the domiciles. In particular, I lead our actuarial function offering to captive clients.
